We have added a new Help button in the Profile menu. This button will direct you to our Support Portal, Freshdesk.
When you click the Help button, you can search the Support Portal or find help articles on your own whenever you need assistance.
By adding this Help button, we can ensure that all our customers know there is always a place where they can find support.
Note, if you have chosen English or other languages (not German, Swedish or Dutch) you will be directed to the English version of our Support Portal. If you have selected German as your language in itslearning, you will be directed to the German Support Portal. The same outcome will happen if you have selected Swedish or Dutch.
